Is this only available for Horse Racing Clubs?
No, this is available to all codes, Harness, Greyhound, Thoroughbred and Aquestrion.
Do I need an operator to run the system?
No, we can fully automate the days events with no operator needed
What if I'm not Tech Savvy?
We have made the system very simple and intuitive, and we provide all training needed to run the system, the client interface is easy to use with most functions being drag and drop
How long does it take to implement?
Generally we allow four weeks, as there will be a back end scope to see the back end infrastructure and advise on how long after the initial scope
Do I need to learn a new system and how to run it?
The system itself only has a few components that you need to know like how to add a sponsor logo, the rest is fully automated. Essentially all you need is to make sure it is turned on and connected to the internet and it will work.
I already have a big screen that has a lot of features, why would I change?
The system provides additional areas for your club to promote your sponsors, trainers and owners, Jocky/Driver hypes as well as having wagering triggers creating the ATC or MRC on a smaller scale.
What if something goes wrong on race day?
We have our support team here in Australia on hand during all race meetings, all jurisdictions all times of the day. On major race days and cup days, we liaise with you in the upcoming weeks to ensure everything is running perfectly for your big event.
How hard is it to make changes to the system?
We can make cosmetic changes quite quickly, all the marketing can be done via the client interface
